随着"一带一路"倡议的不断推进,我国的许多产业和行业都开始重视走出去为自己带来的重大发展机遇,这种现象对培养国际化人才提出了更高的要求。为了满足交通运输行业对铁道机车专业人才的多样化、多层次、复合性需求,相关部门应在现有的人才培养框架下进行跨学科整合,创新人才培养模式。论文基于国际化的发展机遇,对于复合型技术技能人才培养进行积极的探索和研究。

With the continuous promotion of "the Belt and Road" initiative, many industries and sectors in China have begun to attach importance to the major development opportunities that going global brings for themselves. This phenomenon puts forward higher requirements for training international talents. In order to meet the diversified, multi-level and compound needs of the transportation industry for railway locomotive professional talents, relevant departments should carry out interdisciplinary integration within the existing talents training framework and innovate the talents training mode. Based on the international development opportunities, the paper actively explores and researches the training of compound technical and skilled talents.
