摘要
论文针对民营企业中对员工管理的相对落后以及不合理的政策和制度,以N物流企业为研究对象,对该公司员工流失现状和成因进行分析,提出具有针对性的对策和建议,从而帮助N企业改善人力资源管理,达到留住员工、吸引员工的目的。
In view of the relatively backward and unreasonable policies and systems for staff management in private enterprises,this paper takes N logistics enterprise as the research object,analyzes the current situation and causes of staff turnover of the company,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,so as to help N enterprise improve its human resources management and achieve the purpose of retaining and attracting employees.
