摘要
作为组织核心竞争力之一的领导力在移动互联时代必有新的特征和要求。论文采用质性研究方法,依据扎根理论,通过对40位组织领导者的访谈数据分析,构建移动互联时代组织领导力模型。模型包括感召力、智谋力、教导力、组织力、变革力5个类属15个范畴。论文最后对路径模型进行解释,形成研究结论。
As one of the core competitiveness of an organization,leadership must have new characteristics and requirements in the era of mobile internet.The paper adopts the qualitative research method,based on grounded theory,and constructs the organizational leadership model in the era of mobile internet by analyzing data from interviews with 40 organizational leaders.The model includes 15 categories in 5 classifications:emotional contagion,resourcefulness,teaching capacity,organizing capacity,and change capacity.The paper concludes with an explanation of the path model and forms the conclusion of the study.Finally,the paper explains the path model and forms the research conclusion.
