当前,人们的生活水平正在迅速提高。相应地,各行各业呈现出了良好的发展态势,于建筑行业而言亦是如此。建筑领域的相关人员需要秉持绿色、安全、先进、节能、高效的理念,推动建筑工程项目管理朝着专业化和信息化的方向发展。建筑工程项目管理的实质在于设计和施工的统一性和一体性,因此,相关人员通常要以对设计的理解和具体施工的可操作性为前提,充分了解客户需求,使工程达到最完美的效果。论文主要对建筑工程项目管理中BIM技术的融合与应用进行分析和探讨。

At present,people's living standard is improving rapidly.Accordingly,all walks of life have shown a good development trend,so is the construction industry.Relevant personnel in the construction field need to uphold the concept of green,safe,advanced,energy-saving and efficient,and promote the development of construction engineering project management in the direction of specialization and informatization.The essence of construction engineering project management lies in the unity and integration of design and construction.Therefore,the relevant personnel usually take the understanding of the design and the operability of the specific construction as a prerequisite,fully understand the customer's needs,and make the engineering achieve the most perfect effect.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the integration and application of BIM technology in construction engineering project management.
