麦麸低聚糖结合有氧运动对大鼠肥胖的抑制研究

摘要 采用生物酶解法制备麦麸低聚糖,并结合有氧运动,探讨对肥胖大鼠抑制的研究。将50只SD大鼠分成对照组、模型组、麦麸低聚糖组、有氧运动组、麦麸低聚糖结合有氧运动组,其中对照组喂养普通饲料,其它四组喂养高脂饲料,建立肥胖大鼠模型,试验持续6周。结果表明:麦麸低聚糖结合有氧运动可以起到抑制肥胖的目的,使之达到控制体重的效果,并且可以降低TC、TG、LDL-C的水平,提高HDL-C的水平;降低ALT与AST两项指标;降低肥胖大鼠的血糖水平,从而控制胰岛素的分泌,控制脂肪合成,起到抑制肥胖的作用。并且麦麸低聚糖结合有氧运动的效果要优于两者单独作用。 In order to study the inhibition of obesity in rats,the enzyme method was used to prepare wheat bran oligosaccharide.50 SD rats were divided into control group,model group,wheat bran oligosaccharide group,aerobic exercise group,wheat bran oligosaccharide combined with aerobic exercise group,in which the control group was fed with common feed,the other four groups were fed with high-fat feed to establish obesity rat model,lasting for 6 W.The results showed that:the combination of wheat bran oligosaccharide and aerobic exercise can inhibit obesity,make it reach the effect of controlling body weight,reduce the level of TC,TG and LDL-C,increase the level of HDL-C,reduce the two indexes of ALT and AST,reduce the level of blood sugar in obese rats,so as to control the secretion of insulin,control the synthesis of fat,and inhibit obesity.Moreover,the effect of combined aerobic exercise of wheat bran oligosaccharide is better than that of the two alone.
