摘要
膳食是人体获取能量物质的主要手段,运动是人体消耗能量物质的主要手段,而在这些能量物质的获取与消耗的转化过程中完成人体的新陈代谢。本文分别从膳食角度和科学体育运动角度两个方面对新陈代谢的影响进行详细分析,旨在引起人们在膳食及运动方面的重视,进而指导人们在日常生活中运用科学合理的膳食及运动促进身体健康发展。
Diet is the main means for the human body to obtain energy substances,while exercise is the main means for the human body to consume energy substances,and the metabolism of the human body is completed in the process of obtaining and consuming energy substances.In this paper,the effects of metabolism are analyzed in detail from the perspective of diet and scientific sports in order to draw the conclusion that people should pay more attention to diet and exercise,and then guide people to use scientific and reasonable diet and exercise in daily life to promote the development of health.
