摘要 我国的文化传统培植出一种注重求同思维的偏好,可能使得大学生倾向于以顺从、趋同的态度参与课堂教学。这种听课方式无助于大学生独立思考,也不利于他们形成自由人格。转变大学生听课的理念与方式,需要一种面向事实的批判性聆听。批判性聆听注重对于教师话语意图和动机的觉悟,它是批判性思维的基础,也是其构成部分。在高校教学中践行批判性聆听,有助于学生完善其在学习方式、批判性思维和自由人格精神等方面的素养。在批判性聆听的视野下,有必要重新审视教师在教学中的指导角色,通过明确对于教师的相应要求,明确批判性聆听的要领,以及构建以批判为核心的师生关系等努力,系统地提升大学生的批判性聆听素质。 The Chinese cultural tradition has cultivated a kind of preference that pays attention to the thinking of seeking common ground,which may make college students tend to listen in a submissive and convergent manner.This kind of listening is conducive neither to the independent thinking of college students,nor to their formation of free personality.To change the idea and way of College Students’listening,we need a kind of fact oriented critical listening.Critical listening focuses on the awareness of teachers’intentions and motivations.It is the basis and component of critical thinking.Practicing critical listening in college teaching will help students to improve their quality of learning style,critical thinking and free personality spirit.From the perspective of critical listening,it is necessary to review the guiding role of teachers in teaching,and improve the quality of critical listening of college students systematically by clarifying the corresponding requirements for teachers,defining the essentials of critical listening,and building a critical-oriented relationship between teachers and students.
