信息技术的不断革新,对高校思想政治教育工作的影响是全域的、深层的,新时期高校应充分加强基于信息技术支持的高校思想政治教育精细化。文章从精通掌握教育理念、精准认知教育对象、精确把握教育内容和精心选择教育载体等方面梳理思想政治教育精细化的理论逻辑,阐述了信息技术对于创新思想政治教育理念形式、为思想政治教育提供科学决策依据和释放思想政治教育工作队伍活力的重要作用,剖析了推动信息技术支持的高校思想政治教育精细化对于高校思想政治教育工作科学发展、落实立德树人根本任务和主体间性思想政治教育理念转化的深层意蕴。高校要从加强理念创新引导、搭建智慧校园平台、完善思想政治教育体制机制等方面推进高校思想政治教育精细化。

The continuous innovation of information technology has a global and deep influence on the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In the new period,universities should fully strengthen the refined construction of ideological and political education based on the support of information technology.This paper explores the theoretical logic of the refinement of political education from the aspects including mastering the educational concept,accurately recognizing the educational object,accurately grasping the educational content and carefully selecting the educational carriers.It expounds the important role of information technology in innovating the concept and form of ideological and political education,providing scientific decision-making basis for ideological and political education and releasing the vitality of the teaching faculty.It also analyzes the deep meaning of promoting the refinement of ideological and political education supported by information technology for the scientific development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the realization of the fundamental task of moral education and the transformation of the intersubjectivity of ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should promote the refinement of ideological and political education by strengthening the guidance of concept innovation,building a smart campus platform,and improving the ideological and political education system and mechanism.
