学术期刊初审工作中编辑主体性的发挥

The Exertion of Editors′Subjectivity in the Preliminary Examination of Academic Journals

初审是对学术期刊实施质量控制的第一道关口,也是编辑、作者、审稿专家三者之间建立关系的第一步,因此必须充分发挥初审编辑主体性。初审编辑主体性集中体现在稿件初审中的自主性选择、稿件退修中的能动性发挥以及在维护编辑、作者和审稿专家共同主体性中的创造性思维三个方面。在初审工作实践中,应从知、情、意三方面主体因素出发,注重提升编辑学术素养,以合理的制度激发编辑初审热情,以学术期刊的社会价值引领编辑内生动力,从而充分发挥好初审编辑主体性。

The preliminary examination,being the first pass to control the quality of academic journals and the first step to establish the relationship among editors,authors and reviewers,is of such great significance that the editor′s subjectivity must be brought into full play.Editor′s subjectivity is mainly reflected in three aspects:the independent selection in the preliminary examination of manuscripts,the exertion of the initiative in the revision of manuscripts,and the creative thinking in maintaining the shared subjectivity of editors,authors and reviewers.In the practice of preliminary examination,we should proceed from the subjective factors including knowledge,emotion and will,pay attention to the improvement of editors′academic quality,stimulate their enthusiasm for preliminary examination with reasonable system,and lead the editors′endogenous power with the social value of academic journals,so as to give full play to their subjectivity.
