本文从秦岭地区自然地理条件特点,论述秦岭具有成为"中国中央水塔"的自然条件;从秦岭地区水资源特点,论述秦岭具备成为"中国中央水塔"的水源条件,从秦岭是长江、黄河支流重要补给水源、是中国南水北调中线工程水源,说明秦岭这座"中国中央水塔"具有强大的储水输水功能。秦岭泽被华夏,滋养无数中华儿女。

This paper discusses the natural conditions of Qinling to become“the central water tower of China”based on the characteristics of natural geographical conditions in Qinling area.According to the characteristics of water resources in Qinling area,this paper discusses that Qinling Mountain has the water source conditions to become“the central water tower of China”.Qinling mountain is an important water supply source for tributaries of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River,and is the water source of the Middle Route Project of South to North Water Transfer Project.It shows that Qinling Mountain has a strong water storage and water delivery function.
