摘要
脑性瘫痪是因为多种原因导致的实质性脑损害,伴随有多种并发症状。针对脑性瘫痪患儿常出现的足内翻和足外翻两种异常步态的医学纠正过程,设计了一套配套于患者踝关节固定矫正器的行走步态特征数据获取与分析系统,由STM32单片机控制、ESP8266WIFI模块实现与上位机的数据透传,并由MPU6050六轴传感器和RFP602薄膜式压力传感器采集数据。该系统实现了从四元数法所得欧拉角及足上3个主支撑点的受力情况对脑性瘫痪患者的步态进行统计并分析,对异常步态进行系统警告,并将其上传到医院数据库中供参考。
Cerebral palsy is a kind of substantial brain damage caused by various factors,with multiple complications.Focusing on the medical correction process of abnormal gaits of patients,especially foot varus and valgus when patients walking,a set of data collection and processing system is designed based on the control of STM32 embedded microcomputer.ESP8266 WIFI block establishes pass-through communication with the host computer,and MPU60506-axis sensor and RFP602 Membrane pressure sensor are adopted for data collection.By obtaining Euler angles through quaternion method and force of the three main support points on the foot,the system counts and analyzes the gait of patients,and alerts user to the abnormal gaits,then uploads data to the database of hospital.
