摘要
针对内外表面多处带有侧凹、凸台和卡扣结构的典型复杂薄壳化的笔记本电脑外壳体,在生产中易存在填充不满、多熔接痕和翘曲等缺陷,运用CAE模流分析技术,对注塑成型的4浇口、5浇口和6浇口等三种不同浇注系统方案的填充时间、翘曲变形、熔体流动前沿温度、熔接痕等工艺进行分析比较,优选出5浇口浇注系统为最佳方案。结合CAE分析结果和实际生产经验,对该方案可能存在的缺陷进行了优化设计,有效地提高了注塑模具设计效率,实现更好品质的产品生产。
In view of internal and external surface with lateral concave,convex sets and the retaining structure of typical complex shell notebook computer outer shell,there are many defects such as filling dissatisfaction,multi-weld mark and warping in the production,by using CAE mold flow analysis technology,the filling time,warping deformation,melt flow front temperature,weld marks and other processes of three different pouring system schemes of injection molding,including four gates,five gates and six gates,were analyzed and compared,and the optimal scheme was selected for the five gates pouring system.Based on CAE analysis results and actual production experience,the possible defects of the scheme were optimized,effectively improve the efficiency of the injection mold design,better quality products.
