摘要
业务流程变化挖掘是业务流程管理的一项重要研究内容,为了解决日志隐式依赖对流程变化所产生的影响,提出一种基于日志隐式依赖的变化挖掘方法。在原始参考模型未知的情况下,基于日志通讯行为轮廓关系,计算得出变迁活动间的行为关系,进一步检测得出日志行为变化。最后,举例分析该方法的可行性,并以流程模型为参照,进一步验证了该方法的正确性。
Business process change mining is an important research content of business process management.In order to solve the effect of log implicit dependence on process changes,a change mining method based on log implicit dependence is proposed.In the case where the original reference model is unknown,based on the log communication behavior profile relation,the behavior relation between the transition activities is calculated,and further changes in the log behavior are detected.Finally,an example was used to analyze the feasibility of the method and the process model was used as a reference to further verify the correctness of the method.
