基于拼接方法的劳务派遣人员合理调度方法研究

摘要 为了提高劳务派遣人员的调度能力,提出基于拼接方法的劳务派遣人员合理调度方法,使用粗糙集算法构建劳务派遣人员调度的大数据统计分析模型,采用关联规则挖掘方法进行劳务派遣人员调度统计分析大数据的特征提取,根据特征提取结果实现劳务派遣人员调度的有向图拼接,利用拼接方法构建劳务派遣人员调度的图模型结构,通过空间区域融合和区域分块匹配方法进行劳务派遣人员调度过程中的均衡配置,实现劳务派遣人员调度优化控制。仿真结果表明,运用该方法进行劳务派遣人员调度的合理性较好,均衡配置能力较强,提高了劳务派遣人员的生产效率。 In order to improve the dispatching ability of dispatched workers,a reasonable dispatching method based on splicing method is proposed.The big data statistical analysis model of dispatching workers is constructed by using rough set algorithm.The feature extraction of big data is carried out by using association rule mining method,and the dispatching workers are transferred according to the result of feature extraction.In order to realize the optimal control of dispatching personnel scheduling,the graph model structure of dispatching personnel scheduling is constructed by splicing method,and the balanced allocation of dispatching personnel scheduling process is realized by spatial region fusion and regional block matching method.The simulation results show that the method is reasonable,the ability of balanced allocation is strong,and the efficiency of labor dispatch is improved.
