摘要
目的了解安备1%双硫磷杀虫颗粒剂和幼尅5%杀虫颗粒剂(0.5%吡丙醚和4.5%倍硫磷)在窨井和苇塘现场杀灭蚊幼虫效果。方法选择克拉玛依市主城区蚊幼虫孳生地窨井和城郊芦苇塘作为实验现场,按照2~3 g/m^2剂量投放安备1%杀虫颗粒剂,以及按照20 g/m^2剂量投放幼尅5%杀虫颗粒剂。定期监测蚊幼虫(蛹)密度,评估防治效果。结果 2种杀虫剂对窨井中的尖音库蚊和芦苇塘中的里海伊蚊幼虫(蛹)均具有较好的杀灭效果,安备1%杀虫颗粒剂投药后窨井第3~15天的杀灭率为100%,苇塘第3~7天的相对杀灭率为100%;幼尅5%杀虫颗粒剂投药后窨井第3~22天杀灭率为100%,苇塘第3~22天相对杀灭率为100%。但2种蚊幼杀虫剂对蛹杀灭时间较长(2~3 d)。结论在克拉玛依市蚊虫孳生地,安备1%杀虫颗粒剂和幼尅5%杀虫颗粒剂均能杀灭里海伊蚊和尖音库蚊幼虫(蛹),但是幼尅5%杀虫颗粒剂对2种蚊幼的有效控制时间更长。
Objective To understand the control efficiency of two mosquito larvacides,Abate 1% temephos granules and Youke 5% granules(0.5% pyriproxyfen and 4.5% fenthion),in the tunnel inspection wells underground and reed field.Methods The tunnel inspection wells underground in the central district and reed field in the suburbs of Karamay were chosen as the test sites.Abate 1% temephosgranules was applied as much as 2-3 g/m^2 and Youke 5% granules was applied as much as 20 g/m^2.The densities of mosquito larvae(pupa) were observed,and the control effect was evaluated.Results The two larvacides could kill mosquito larvae and pupae of Culex pipiens complex in the tunnel inspection wells underground and Aedes caspius in the reed field.After the application of Abate 1% temephos granules,the mosquito killing rate reached 100% in the tunnel inspection wells from the third day to the fifteenth day,and the relative killing rate reached 100% in reed field from the third day to the seventh day.After the application of Youke 5% granules,the mosquito killing rate reached 100% in the tunnel inspection wells and the relative killing rate reached 100% in reed field from the third day to the twenty second day.Conclusion Both Abate 1% temephos granules and Youke 5% granules displayed good mosquito larval control effect in the mosquito breeding places of Karamay.
