攀枝花市首例布鲁氏菌病调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the first brucellosis case in Panzhihua City

目的调查分析攀枝花市首例布鲁氏菌病病例发生的原因,提出防控建议。方法采用流行病学方法对患者发病经过、发病前与牲畜接触史进行调查与分析,采集样本进一步核实诊断。结果根据流行病学接触史、临床症状和体征、实验室检测结果,按照《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》(WS 269-2019)确诊该病例为布鲁氏菌病,发病前有羊接触史。结论攀枝花市具有布鲁氏菌病输入风险,需加强牲畜流通环节的检验检疫、免疫和管理工作,控制传染源。

Objective To analyze the reasons of the first case among human suffered brucellosis in Panzhihua City,and provide advice for prevention and control.Methods Epidemiologic method was adopted to investigate and analyze the patient history and prior contact with livestock,and samples were collected to further verify the diagnosis.Results Brucellosis was diagnosed based on criteria(WS 269-2019)according to the exposure history,clinical symptoms and signs,and laboratory results.The patient had contact with sheep before his illness.Conclusion Panzhihua City is facing brucellosis import risk.It is necessary to strengthen the inspection and quarantine,immunization and management of livestock circulation to control the source of infection.
