中国共产党对国家治理现代化的探索以理论建构为先导。中国共产党一经成立,就提出了关于国家治理的未来蓝图和基本主张。此后,中国共产党对国家治理现代化的实践探索逐步展开,并形成了理论探索与实践探索交相辉映、相得益彰的态势。中国共产党推进国家治理现代化的百年历程可分为四个历史时期,即探索自主性国家治理时期、推行全能型国家治理时期、践行发展型国家治理时期和推进均衡化国家治理时期。坚持党的建设与国家治理完善相统一、坚持理论指导与实践探索相统一、坚持改革创新与保持政治定力相统一、坚持立足国情与理性借鉴相统一、坚持战略目标与阶段性任务相统一,是中国共产党推进国家治理现代化的基本经验。这一经验以其鲜明的中国特色和中国气派,为人类制度文明发展提供了有益借鉴。

In its exploration of the modernization of state governance,the Chinese Communist Party is guided by theoretical construction.Since the proposal of a blueprint and basic concept of state governance at the time of its foundation,it has gradually carried out practical exploration of the modernization of state governance,and has formed a situation where theoretical and practical exploration complement each other.Its centennial exploration can be divided into four historical stages,namely,exploration of autonomous governance,implementation of omnipotent governance,practice of developmental governance,and the promotion of balanced governance.Its fundamental experiences are the adherence of unity of party building and national governance,unity of theoretical guidance and practical exploration,unity of reform and innovation and maintaining political determination,unity of national conditions and rational reference,unity of strategic goals and phased tasks.With its distinctive Chinese characteristics and Chinese style,those experiences provide a beneficial reference for the development of human institutional civilization.
