Tradition Surviving:Short Video Practice of Rural Culture Construction

围绕《乡村振兴战略规划(2018—2022年)》的创造性转化、创新性发展思路,从三个层面阐述了乡村短视频的价值:其一,善用小农文化、民间文化资源,阐明乡村生活世界的文化逻辑,确证了乡村文化的传承脉络、主体价值;其二,运用具辨识度的方言、饮食、器物,丰富了短视频的“地方知识”、地域特征,有效传播、不断更新着地域文化的内涵;其三,短视频生产与“数字小生产者”现象,有效推动了人才、资本、劳动力回流,有望促进城乡融合、重塑新型乡村社会文化生态。

Focusing on the creative transformation and innovative development ideas of the Rural Revitalization Strategic Planning(2018—2022),this paper expounds the value of short rural videos from three aspects.First,make good use of smallholder culture and folk cultural resources,clarify the cultural logic of rural life world,and confirm the inheritance and main value of rural culture.Secondly,the use of recognizable dialects,food and utensils has enriched the“local knowledge”and regional characteristics of short videos,effectively spreading and constantly updating the connotation of regional culture.Third,the phenomenon of short video production and“digital small producers”has effectively promoted the return of talents,capital and labor force,which is expected to promote the urban-rural integration and reshape the new rural social and cultural ecology.
