摘要
为探明内蒙古省道505线甸子镇十家至黑里河镇大坝沟段公路改建项目对黑里河国家级自然保护区生物多样性的影响,采用野外实地调查和查阅资料相结合的方法,参照国家标准分别对保护区的景观/生态系统、生物群落、种群/物种、主要保护对象、生物安全以及社会因素等6个一级指标及26个二级指标进行定量分析评价,得出公路改建项目对黑里河国家级自然保护区生物多样性影响指数BI=52.6,本改建项目对保护区生物多样性的影响为中低度影响。并针对公路改建项目对评价区带来的不利影响提出消减对策和建议。
The method of field investigation and data retrieval were adopted in order to reveal the effects of highway reconstruction project of Damagou Section from Dianzi Town to Heilihe Town on the biodiversity of Heilihe National Nature Reserve in Inner Mongolia 505 Provincial Road.On the basis of construction of 6 first-level indexes and 26 second-level indexes,including landscape/ecosystem,biocenosis,population/species,main protection objects,biosafety and social factors,we use the quantitative analysis and the evaluation in expounding the influences of this highway construction project on biodiversity of Heilihe National Nature Reserve.And the results showed that the impact index of highway reconstruction project on the biodiversity of Heilihe National Nature Reserve was BI=52.6,which indicating that the impact of this reconstruction project on biodiversity of the reserve was medium to low.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions were putted forward to reduce the adverse impacts of highway reconstruction project on the evaluation area.
