摘要 【目的】基于现有水稻钵苗移栽机工作机理,投秧后钵苗在泥土中的直立度非常关键,为获取水稻钵苗移栽机移栽钵苗后最佳直立度工作环境提供依据。【方法】通过搭建水稻钵苗直立度测试试验台,对钵苗移栽后直立度情况进行了试验及研究;选取秧龄、前进速度和落秧高度3个因素作为试验变量,探究各因素在不同水平下与钵苗直立度之间的关系及影响程度。【结果】秧龄对钵苗直立度影响较大;前进速度为0.35 m/s时,钵苗直立度较大;钵苗直立度随着落秧高度的增大而减小;各因素对钵苗直立度的影响程度由大到小依次为秧龄、前进速度和落秧高度。【结论】在秧龄为24 d(3叶1芯、秧苗高度211.1 mm),前进速度0.35 m/s,落秧高度为680 mm时,钵苗直立度较佳。在整个投秧过程中,99.54%的钵苗直立度均不低于30°,满足国家最低机械行业标准。 [Objective]Based on the existing working mechanism of pot rice seedling transplanters,the upright degree of the pot seedlings in the soil after transplanted is very critical.This study is to obtain the best working environment for upright degree after the pot rice seedlings have been transplanted.[Method]This study conducted experiments and researches on the upright degree of pot rice seedlings after transplanted by building test bench for testing the upright degree of pot rice seedlings.Three Factors,such as age of seedling,moving speed and falling height,were selected as experimental variables to explore the relationship among various factors under different levels and the influence extent of various factors on the upright degree of pot seedlings.[Result]The test showed that:the age of seeding had a greater effect on the upright degree of the pot seedlings;when the moving speed was 0.35 m/s,the upright degree of the pot seedlings was larger;the upright degree of the pot seedlings decreased with the increase of the falling height;the affecting level of the three factors on the upright degree of the pot seedlings is in the order of age of seedling>moving speed>falling height.[Con⁃clusion]When the age of seedling was 24 d(three leaves and one core,seedling height was 211.1 mm),the moving speed was 0.35 m/s,and the falling height was 680 mm,the erect condition of the pot seedlings on the soil was better.In the whole process of seedling planting,the upright degree of 99.54%of the pot seedlings was not less than 30 degrees,which meets the national minimum mechanical industry standard value of 30 degrees.
