基于BIM的水闸消能工优化设计应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着水利信息化的不断发展,BIM类设计软件在水利、市政、建筑、铁路等行业开始广泛推广应用。BIM设计软件Revit可以方便模型的参数化和联动,且有方便的二次开发接口,可以满足水利行业的不同需求;为总结水闸建模流程、实现参数化批量设计、解决水闸消能工消能效率低的问题等,以水闸为研究载体,以“BIM+数值仿真”的方法对消能工方案进行优化设计研究。研究表明,在低水头、低弗劳德数的水闸中通过改变池长池深或采用SAF新型消力池的消能效率并没有显著提高,而在消力池内增加消力墩的消能效果最好。该研究提高了消能工消能效率,增强了BIM与数值仿真的协同性,为水闸的消能工设计和优化提供参考依据。 With the continuous development of water conservancy digitalization,BIM design software has been widely adopted in water conservancy,municipal administration,construction,railway and other sectors.BIM design software Revit can facilitate the parameterization and linkage of the model,and has convenient secondary development interface,which can meet the different needs of the water conservancy industry.In order to summarize the modeling process of sluice,realize parametric batch design,and solve the problem of low energy dissipation efficiency of sluice,etc.,sluice is taken as an example and"BIM+numerical simulation"method is adopted to carry out optimization design and research on the scheme of sluice dissipation.The results show that in the sluice with low head and low Froude number,the energy dissipation efficiency can't be significantly improved by changing the depth of the long pool or adopting SAF new type of stilling pool,but the energy dissipation effect is best by adding the stilling block in the stilling pool.This study can improve the energy dissipation efficiency and enhance the collaboration between BIM and numerical simulation,as well as provide reference for the design and optimization of water sluice.
