影响离析浆液扩散过程的主要因素研究——基于莽山水库工程注浆工程 被引量:2

摘要 为研究全风化花岗岩地层中不同注浆工况下扩散距离、注浆量变化规律,基于莽山主副坝全风化花岗岩帷幕注浆工程现场测试、室内试验数据开展了注浆参数影响因素分析,在考虑注浆量及浆液扩散时对注浆时间的选取提出设想并得到验证,采用非稳态达西渗流运动模型推导出注浆过程中浆液扩散方程,运用数据分析软件对试验数据进行拟合,得到了具有较高精度的模型,且拟合效果较好。研究成果可帮助学者对离析浆液在全风化花岗岩地层中的运移过程及扩散规律有更深刻的了解,从而为实际注浆工程中针对于松散地层钻孔间距的设置提供理论参考和指导。 In order to analyze weathered granite strata in the diffusion distance under different working condition of grouting,grouting quantity change rule,based on Mangshan main auxiliary dam forest fully weathered granite curtain grouting engineering field test and laboratory test data to carry out the grouting parameters influencing factors analysis,when considering grouting quantity and grout diffusion is presented and verified the selection of grouting time,the unsteady darcy seepage flow model is deduced in the process of grouting slurry diffusion equation,using the data analysis software to test data fitting,the model is of high precision,and the fitting effect is good.The research results can improve the understanding of the migration process and diffusion law of the segregation slurry in the completely weathered granite strata,thus provide theoretical reference and guidance for the setting of borehole spacing in the loose strata in the actual grouting engineering.
