离子色谱法测定电镀污泥中氯含量

摘要 电镀污泥是一种废渣,属于危险废物,但其中所含卤素元素特别是氯等元素的测定于回收有价金属的熔炼配料、预防烟气管道腐蚀等有着重要的现实意义。本文研究建立了硝酸溶样-离子色谱法测定电镀污泥中氯含量的分析方法体系,通过优化试验条件,进行了精密度和准确度试验,氯的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为0.89%~2.77%,氯的加标回收率为97.1%-101.0%,能满足电镀污泥中氯含量的分析需要。 Electroplating sludge is a kind of waste residue,which belongs to hazardous waste.The determination of halogen elements,especially chlorine,is of great significance in recovering the melting ingredients of valuable metals and preventing flue gas pipeline corrosion.In this paper,an analytical method for the determination of chloride in electroplating sludge by nitric acid dissolved sample-ion chromatography was established.By optimizing the test conditions,the precision and accuracy were tested.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=5)chloride was 0.89%~2.77%.The recovery rate of chloride is 97.1%-101.0%,which can effectively meet the needs of chloride content analysis in electroplating sludge.
