摘要
制备了一种由氨基酸衍生物(NAAPD)和氧化石墨烯(GO)组成的新型双组分水凝胶,这种水凝胶作为载体负载了抗尾蚴药物。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对其进行了表征。实验结果表明该水凝胶具有优异的力学性能和良好的载药能力,其药物缓释时间较长且能有效杀灭血吸虫尾蚴。
A new two component hydrogel consisting of amino acid derivative(NAAPD)and graphene oxide(GO)was prepared.The hydrogel was used as a carrier to carry out anti cercariae drugs.They were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The experimental results show that the hydrogel has excellent mechanical properties and good drug loading ability,and its drug release time is longer and can effectively kill schistosome cercariae.
