废旧锂离子动力电池三元正极材料短流程回收再生研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国经济发展速度逐渐加快,电力驱动的需求也逐渐增多。在此情况下,锂离子电池属于最佳的应用选择,因此受到了大量行业的欢迎。然而,由于应用的规模快速扩大,废弃锂离子电池的处理需求也出现了大幅上涨的趋势。为了提高锂电池应用的绿色环保效果,并加强金属回收效率,应当针对废弃锂离子电池的三元正极材料进行回收,达到良好的应用目标,进一步加强整体利用效率。本文旨在分析废弃锂离子电池构成的基础上,深入研究废弃锂离子电池的相关回收流程,以供参考。 With the gradual acceleration of my country’s economic development,the demand for electric drives has gradually increased.In this case,lithium-ion batteries are the best choice for applications,so they are welcomed by a large number of industries.However,due to the rapid expansion of the scale of applications,the demand for disposal of discarded lithium-ion batteries has also seen a significant increase.In order to improve the environmental protection effect of lithium battery applications and enhance the metal recovery efficiency,the ternary cathode materials of waste lithium-ion batteries should be recycled to achieve good application goals and further enhance the overall utilization efficiency.Based on the analysis of the composition of waste lithium ion batteries,this paper makes an in-depth study on the recycling process of waste lithium ion batteries for reference.
