摘要
本文建立了波长色散型X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤中溴的分析方法。通过粉末压片,采用国家一级标准物质建立校准曲线,优化测试条件,定量测定土壤中的溴。实验结果表明,本方法的检出限为0.5mg/kg,测定下限为2.0mg/kg,经国家土壤标准物质分析测试,准确度的结果相对误差小于0.02,实际样品分析相对标准偏差为1.6~6.7%。结果准确度高,精密度好,表明建立的方法能够满足环境土壤中溴的检测。
A wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method was developed for the determination of bromine in soil.The calibration curve was established and the test conditions were optimized,and the bromine in the so——il was quantitatively determined by powder pressing.The experimental results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.5mg/kg,the determination limit was 2.0mg/kg,and the relative error of accuracy was less than 0.02,the relative standard deviation of actual sample analysis was 1.6~6.7%.The resultshow that the method can be used to detect bromine in environmental soil.
