摘要
本文详细介绍了火焰原子吸收法测定二氧化碲中砷含量的操作方法,评定了天平称取样品、原子吸收光谱仪测量、样品的均匀性以及工作曲线拟合等方面的不确定度分量,并绘制了不确定度贡献表。
In this paper,the operation method of determining arsenic content in tellurium dioxide by flame atomic absorption spectrometry is introduced in detail,the uncertainty components in balance weighing sample,atomic absorption spectrometric measurement,sample uniformity and working curve fitting are evaluated,and the uncertainty contribution table is drawn.
