摘要
利用高效液相色谱仪建立了双酚A加氢后产品中残余双酚A含量的分析方法,以甲醇/水=70:30(V/V)为流动相,色谱柱为C18柱,流速为1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长276nm。采用外标法定量,定量分析线性相关系数都在0.9999以上,加标回收率为98.88%~102.7%,相对标准偏为1.17%~1.37%。该方法具有分析速度快,灵敏度高,重现性好等特点,满足了双酚A加氢后产品中残余双酚A的定量分析要求,同时也为其它双酚A类物质的定量分析提供了方法依据。
A HPLC method for the determination of residual bisphenol A(BPA)in hydrogenated products was established.Methanol/water=70:30(V/V)was used as the mobile phase,the chromatographic column was C18,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,and the uv detection wavelength was 276nm.External standard method was used for quantitative analysis,and the linear correlation coefficient of quantitative analysis was above 0.9999.The standard recovery was 98.88%~102.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.17%~1.37%.This method is characterized by fast analysis speed,high sensitivity and good reproducibility,which meets the requirements for quantitative analysis of residual BISphenol A in products after hydrogenation of Bisphenol A,and also provides a method basis for quantitative analysis of other bisphenol A substances.
