浅议危险化学品储存企业消防安全问题和对策

Discussion on fire safety problems and Countermeasures for storage enterprises of hazardous chemicals

我国化工行业产值已占到世界的40%,居世界第一位。其中,危险化学品生产经营单位达21万家,涉及2800多个种类,2018年产值占全国GDP的13.8%。虽然全国化工和危险化学品事故总体呈持续下降趋势,但由于各种原因,一些特别重大事故时有发生。本文分析了危险化学品储存企业的消防安全风险点,提出了加强危险化学品储存企业消防安全管理的对策建议,为提升火灾防范和保障安全能力提供参考。

China’s chemical industry has accounted for 40%of the world’s output value,ranking first in the world.There are over 210,000 production and operation entities of hazardous chemicals,involving more than 2800 categories,and their output value was more than 13.8%of the national GDP in 2018.Although the overall trend of chemical and hazardous chemical accidents in China has continued to decline,some especially serious accidents occur from time to time due to various reasons.This article analyzes the fire safety risk of hazardous chemical storage enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the fire safety management of hazardous chemical storage enterprises,so as to provide reference for improving the ability of fire prevention and security.
