当今世界正面临百年未有之大变局,国家间日趋激烈的竞争日益体现为国家制度的根本竞争。制度是国家软实力的重要来源和构成,制度优势是一个国家的根本优势。中国特色社会主义制度是中国共产党领导人民在探索中国特色社会主义道路实践中形成和发展的具有中国特色、民族特色、时代特色的制度体系,也是被实践证明了的科学制度体系。实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦,需要认清软实力的制度之维,把握制度和软实力的本质关系,发掘和发挥中国特色社会主义制度的软实力优势,增强制度自信,坚持制度创新,更好地保障、支持和助圆中国梦。

The world is facing great changes unseen in a century,and the fierce competition among countries is increasingly reflected in the fundamental competition of the national system.Institution is an important source and component of a country's soft power,and institutional advantage is the fundamental advantage of a country.The socialist system with Chinese characteristics is an institutional system with Chinese,national and contemporary characteristics that has been formed and developed by the Communist Party of China(CPC)leading the people in exploring the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is also a scientifie institutional system that has been proved by practice.To realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we need to have a clear understanding of the institutional dimensions of soft power,grasp the essential relationship between institutions and soft power,explore and give full play to the advantages of the soft power of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,enhance institutional confidence,adhere to institutional innovation,and better safeguard,support and help realize the Chinese dream.
