社区文化治理的满意度原则,与平行关系的公平性原则和效率化原则一样,乃是存在性分析的学理尺度而非生存态凸显的宣传口号。当代社会转型至“以人民为中心”的价值形态以后,扁平社会结构条件下治理效果无论主观性把握还是客观性分析,宏观界面还是微观界面,满意度都会以基于个体获得感的集体统计参量形式,成为计量社会学抑或公共管理学不可或缺的技术功能知识工具。对于边际缩微的社区文化治理而言,其效度测值或者对绩效标杆预期的后果评价,也就与此相一致地演绎为“满意度原则”。就社区作为边际形态的扁平生存结构对象而言,文化治理逻辑起点与价值基点皆定位于此,并且其嵌位效度将充分体现为本文具设的三个递进环节,即质性把握的集体心理反应、日常行为显现和普遍表态状况。

The satisfaction principle of community cultural governance,as the principle of equity and efficiency of parallel relations,is a theoretical measure of existential analysis rather than a prominent propaganda slogan for survival.After the transformation of contemporary society to the value form of“people-centered”,the governance effect under the condition of flat social structure,whether subjective grasp or objective analysis,macro-interface or micro-interface,satisfaction will become an indispensable technical function knowledge tool in the form of collective statistical participation based on individual sense of obtained.For marginal micro-community cultural governance,its utility measurement or the evaluation of the consequences of performance benchmark expectations are consistently interpreted as“satisfaction principles”。As far as the flat survival structure object of the community as the marginal form is concerned,the logical starting point and value base of cultural governance are located here,and its embedded utility measurement will be fully reflected in the three step-by-step links set forth in this paper,namely,the collective psychological reaction of qualitative grasp,the daily behavior appearance and the general state of expression..
