外部竞争威胁与企业战略背离的关系研究——基于中国民营上市公司的经验分析

Research on the Relationship between External Competition Threat and Strategy Deviation——An Empirical Study of Private Listed Companies in China

战略背离是企业构建竞争优势的重要策略之一。基于新制度理论探讨了竞争威胁与战略背离的关系,同时分析了CEO管理自主权和组织冗余的调节作用。基于2009—2018年我国民营上市企业数据,研究表明,民营企业面临的外部竞争威胁越大,其采取战略背离程度越低;CEO管理自主权越大,竞争威胁与战略背离之间的负向关系越弱;组织冗余越多,竞争威胁与战略背离之间的负向关系越弱。研究结论揭示了企业战略背离决策的外部驱动因素,对于企业危机管理与竞争优势构建等具有积极的借鉴意义。

Strategy deviation is one of the important strategies for companies to build competitive advantage.Based on the New Institutional Theory,this article discusses the relationship between competitive threats and strategy deviation,and further explores the moderating role of CEO management autonomy and organizational slack.Based on the data of China s private listed companies from 2009 to 2018,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:the higher the external competition threat,the lower the degree of strategic deviation;the higher the management autonomy of CEO,the weaker the negative relationship between competitive threat and strategy deviation;the more the organizational slack,the weaker the negative relationship between competitive threat and strategy deviation.These conclusions reveal the external driving factors of strategy deviation,and have positive reference significance for corporate crisis management and competitive advantage construction.
