摘要
技术转移是提升国家创新体系效能的关键环节。上下游客户与技术转移服务机构合作,积极参与技术转移有助于促进技术转移的实现。通过对技术转移服务机构从业人员的问卷调查,基于技术转移服务机构的服务本质——信息与知识,检验信息能力与知识服务在促进客户共同生产中的作用。研究发现,技术转移服务机构的多渠道信息来源,信息搜索、整合和共享,以及知识服务增值能有效推动客户的共同参与,从而提升技术转移成效。据此,提出了技术转移服务机构加强信息能力建设及深化知识服务的对策建议。
Technology transfer is a crucial element of the national innovation system.Customers' active participation into the technology transfer process and tight cooperation with the technology transfer service institutions can facilitate the technology transferring.This study investigated the influence of information capacity and knowledge service on customers co-production,using employees of technology transfer service institutions as survey targets.The results found that technology transfer service institutions' capabilities of information search,integration,sharing and various information sources,as well as knowledge service can significantly promote customers' participation into the technology transfer process,and further enhance the efficiency of technology transferring.Based on the findings,the study proposed some suggestions for the technology transfer institutions to strengthen the construction of information capacity and knowledge service.
