摘要 以FR-4型覆铜板为试验对象,开展不同条件下其储能模量、损耗模量、损耗因子和玻璃化转变温度的动态力学参数测试,研究了温度、扫描频率、加载模式以及升温速率对覆铜板动态力学参数的影响。结果表明:随温度升高,储能模量趋势是先慢慢减小最后急剧降低,而损耗模量和损耗因子随温度升高先增加再下降;扫描频率越高,储能模量越大,损耗因子峰值越高,玻璃化转变温度Tg也越高;三点弯曲测得的储能模量大于双悬臂梁模式;升温速率增加,覆铜板的储能模量减小,玻璃化转变温度Tg变高,损耗因子的峰值降低。 The dynamic mechanical parameters of FR-4 copper clad laminate are measured under different conditions,including storage modulus,loss modulus,loss factor and glass transition temperature.The effects of temperature,scanning frequency,loading mode and heating rate on dynamic mechanical parameters of copper clad laminate are studied.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the storage modulus decreases slowly and finally decreases sharply.The loss modulus and loss factor increase first and then decrease with the increase of temperature.The higher the scanning frequency,the higher the storage modulus,the higher the loss factor,and the higher the glass transition temperature Tg.The measured energy storage modulus of three-point bending is larger than that of the double-cantilever beam model.As the heating rate increases,the storage modulus of the copper clad laminate decreases,and the glass transition temperature Tg increases,The peak loss factor is reduced.
