乡村振兴视阈下生态宜居乡村建设研究——基于晋江市76个村(社区)样本观察

The construction of ecological and livable villages from the perspective of rural revitalization——Based on sample observation of 76 villages(communities)in Jinjiang City

以晋江市76个村(社区)为样本,研究生态宜居乡村建设。研究发现,晋江市当前的人居环境存在公共服务不落地、村民主体对村庄发展关注度低、乡村发展美学创意不足、建设同质化现象严重等问题。基于此,提出注重科学规划、加强顶层设计,创新管护机制、落实公共服务,激发内生动力、实现人才共建,注重特色取胜、避免千篇一律的优化路径,以期更好地促进生态宜居乡村建设。

Taking 76 villages(communities)in Jinjiang City as samples,this paper studies the construction of ecological and livable villages.It is found that there are still some problems in the current human settlement environment of Jinjiang City,such as lack of public services,low attention of villagers to the development of villages,lack of aesthetic creativity of rural development,and serious homogenization of construction.Based on this,this paper puts forward that we should pay attention to scientific planning,strengthen top-level design,innovate management and protection mechanism,implement public services,stimulate endogenous power,realize talent co construction,pay attention to characteristics and avoid stereotyped optimization path,so as to better promote the construction of ecological and livable villages.
