土地可持续利用评价及障碍因子诊断研究——以合肥市为例

Evaluation of land sustainable use and diagnosis of obstacle factors——Taking Hefei as an example

基于合肥市2009—2018年的相关数据,构建土地可持续利用评价指标体系,采用PSR模型和障碍度模型对2009—2018年合肥市土地可持续利用状况进行实证分析,得出以下结论:合肥市土地可持续利用整体呈现出上升的趋势,土地可持续利用等级由基本可持续转变为较好可持续;从子系统来看,压力系统曲线整体呈现出小幅度下降的趋势,状态系统曲线和响应系统曲线则整体呈现出波动式增长的趋势,且状态系统曲线上升趋势较响应系统曲线更为显著;合肥市土地可持续利用的压力系统障碍度曲线整体呈现出上升的趋势,状态系统障碍度曲线和响应系统障碍度曲线则整体呈现出下降的趋势;合肥市土地可持续利用的主要障碍因子为人均受教育年限、地均社会消费品零售额、化肥施用强度、地均基础设施投入、森林覆盖率。据此提出,应进一步提高科学文化素养以优化土地利用,加大财政资金投入以改善城市环境,加强农业生态保护以提高耕地质量,从而推进合肥市土地可持续利用的协调发展。

Based on the relevant data of Hefei from 2009 to 2018,the evaluation index system of land sustainable use is constructed,and the PSR model and obstacle model are used to analyze the situation of land sustainable use in Hefei from 2009 to 2018.The following conclusions are drawn:the land sustainable use in Hefei shows a rising trend and the level of land sustainable use is changed from basic sustainable to better sustainable.From the point of view of subsystem,the pressure system curve shows a small downward trend,the state system curve and the response system curve show a fluctuating growth trend,and the rising trend of the state system curve is more significant than that of the response system curve.The pressure system obstacle curve of land sustainable use in Hefei shows an upward trend,while the state system obstacle curve and the response system obstacle curve show a downward trend.The main obstacle factors of land sustainable use in Hefei are per capita education years,retail sales of consumer goods,fertilizer application intensity,and land infrastructure input and forest coverage.Therefore,it is suggested that scientific and cultural literacy should be further improved to optimize land use,increase financial investment to improve the urban environment,strengthen agricultural ecological protection to improve the quality of cultivated land,so as to promote the coordinated development of land sustainable use in Hefei.
