“第二课堂成绩单”制度的实施方法探索

Exploration on the Implementation Method of"Second Classroom Report Card"System

文章以南京邮电大学为例,分析了高校在全面深入实施共青团“第二课堂成绩单”制度工作中,学分设置、系统运行、评价方式、制度维护等方面存在的客观问题,通过对目前已有高校推进“第二课堂成绩单”制度工作的情况分析,结合本校实际工作困难,提出工作建议及解决方案,探讨从校级层面全面实施“第二课堂”人才培养工程的制度可行性。

Taking Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example,this paper analyzes the objective problems in the implementation of the"second class transcript"system of the Conmunist Youth League in colleges and universities,including the eredit setting,system op-eration,evaluation method and system maintenance.Based on the analysis of the current situation of promoting the system of"second classroom report card"in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward Suggestions and solutions in combination with the practical dificulties of the universi-ty,and discusses the feasibility of implementing the system of"second classroom"talent cultiva-tion project from the university level.
