论水利水电工程压覆矿产资源的处理 被引量:3

摘要 近年来随着水利水电工程的建设力度加大和矿产资源的开发,水利水电工程在建设时压覆矿产资源的情况逐渐增多。由于压覆矿产资源的调查和补偿涉及的情况复杂、牵涉面广、敏感性强,补偿投资也较高,以及矿产资源的特殊性、压覆情况和方式多样化,对压覆矿产资源没有统一的处理方式。笔者就近年来处理水利水电工程压覆矿产资源的经验进行了总结,介绍了矿产资源的主要类型和处理程序、补偿的原则和方法以及一些经常遇见的压覆矿产类型的处理分析。 In recent years,with the increase in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineerings and the development of mineral resources,the overlaid mineral resources in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineerings has gradually increased.Due to the investigation and compensation of overlaid mineral resources involved in the complex situation,involving a wide range,strong sensitivity,compensation investment is also high,and the particularity of mineral resources,diversification of overlaid situation and ways,there is no unified treatment of overlaid mineral resources.In this paper,the authors summarize the experience of treating overlaid mineral resources in water conservancy and hydropower engineerings in recent years,and introduce the main types and processing procedures of mineral resources,the principles and methods of compensation,and the treatment and analysis of some frequently encountered overlaid mineral types.
