Package Design of Fan Electrical Control Cabinet in Hydropower Plant

以水电厂风机电控柜套餐化设计工作为主要内容,介绍了该项目的立项背景和主要技术思路。为适应风机电控柜设计方案变化多的特点,从风机配电方式以及控制要求两个方面进行分析,提出了模块化向套餐化转变的设计理念。重点描述了风机电控柜套餐化设计的电源回路、馈电回路、控制回路、信号回路以及套餐化设计成果,并将设计成果应用于实际工程之中,取得了较好的效益。最后总结出水电厂风机电控柜套餐化设计带来的优势。

In this paper the background and main technical ideas of the project are introduced based on the package design of fan electric control cabinet in hydropower plant.In order to adapt to the characteristics of many changes in the design scheme of the fan electric control cabinet the design concept of the transformation from modularization to package is proposed from the aspects of the distribution mode and control requirements of the fan.The power circuit feed circuit control circuit signal circuit and package design results of fan electric control cabinet are mainly described.The design results are applied to practical projects and good benefits are obtained.Finally the advantages of the package design of fan electric control cabinet in hydropower plants are summarized.
