摘要
拌和制冷系统是水利工程拌制温控混凝土的关键,其具有与季节环境反差特性,决定制冷系统高能耗及偏低的环境亲和性。通过创新改造制冷系统局部工艺及构造,回收制冷系统中众多冷凝器运行伴生的温水用于系统的蒸发器表面冲霜,回收气力输冰的预冷空气实现循环再利用。在降低制冷系统能耗、提高运行工效的同时,缓解系统产生的废弃物对周边生态环境的影响。
The mixing refrigeration system is the key to mixing temperature control concrete in water projects.It has the characteristics of contrast with the seasonal environment,which determines the high energy consumption and low environmental affinity of the refrigeration system.By innovating and reforming the local process and structure of the refrigeration system,the warm water associated with the operation of many condensers in the refrigeration system is recycled for frosting on the evaporator surface of the system,and the pre-cooled air for pneumatic ice transmission is recycled for recycling.While reducing the energy consumption of the refrigeration system and improving the operation efficiency,the environmental impact of the waste generated by the system on the surrounding ecosystem is alleviated.
