摘要
现有研究采用相似三角形的简化计算输电铁塔基础预偏,通用性差且计算过程相对繁琐。为便于工程上使用,笔者采用Tekla Structures软件对输电铁塔的塔腿、基础和连接节点进行建模和组装,根据转角塔和终端塔的基础根开和预偏要求,研究等长接腿、全方位不等高接腿的基础预偏取值。结果表明:该方法不仅使预偏的计算结果更为直观,而且可用于单角钢和双角钢主材、塔脚板式和插入式等多种底座连接方式,相对通用性更好,取值更为精确,在输电线路施工方面具有推广价值。
The existing research uses the similar triangle simplified calculation of transmission tower foundation pre-bias,poor versatility and the calculation process is relatively cumbersome.In order to facilitate the engineering use,the authors use Tekla Structures software to model and assemble the tower legs,foundation and connection nodes of the transmission tower.According to the requirements of foundation root opening and pre-bias of the angle support and the terminal support,the pre-bias values of the foundation with equal length leg and all-round unequal height leg are studied.The results show that the method not only makes the calculation results of pre-bias more intuitive,but also can be used for single angle steel and double angle steel main material,tower foot plate type and insertion type and other base connection modes,which has better universality and more accurate value,and has popularization value in transmission line construction.
