摘要
大藤峡水利枢纽水轮发电机组推力轴承采用小支柱双层瓦结构的巴氏合金瓦轴承,首台机组8号机正式投产后,带100 MW负荷运行,推力瓦温较调试初期时有所升高,推力热油冷油温差偏低,冷却效果较差,可能威胁机组的安全稳定运行。笔者结合其他已投产的采用同种结构同种材质的水电站机组推力轴承系统运行参数,运用三维计算,对大藤峡水利枢纽8号发电机推力轴承系统进行改进分析,并通过调整推力瓦受力及修改瓦温报警动作值,改善了冷却效果。目前8号机组运行稳定,该分析处理方法为大藤峡水利枢纽右岸机组的设计安装提供借鉴。
Babbitt alloy pad bearing with small support and double-layer pad structure is adopted for thrust bearing of hydroelectric unit of Datengxia Hydro Project.After the first unit No.8 was put into operation,it operated with 100 MW load,the temperature of thrust pad was higher than that at the beginning of commissioning,the temperature difference between hot oil and cold oil of thrust was low,and the cooling effect was poor,which may threaten the safe and stable operation of the unit.Based on the operation parameters of thrust bearing system of other hydropower station units with the same structure and material,the authors analyze the improvement of thrust bearing system of generator No.8 in Datengxia Hydro Project by using three-dimensional calculation,and improve the cooling effect by adjusting the force of thrust pad and modifying the alarm action value of pad temperature.At present,the operation of Unit 8 is stable,and the analysis and treatment method can provide reference for the design and installation of units on the right bank of Datengxia Hydro Project.
