前列腺穿刺活检193例临床病理分析及前列腺癌预后分级分组

Pathological analysis of 193 cases of prostate biopsy and classification of the prognosis of prostate cancer

目的探讨经直肠B超引导下穿刺活检在前列腺癌患者预后及分级分组中的作用。方法选取2017—2019年本院收治的193例疑似前列腺癌患者的临床资料进行分析,并对穿刺活检组织进行常规病理学检查及部分免疫组化染色分析。结果 193例患者中检测出良性前列腺组织71例(占36.8%)、前列腺癌100例(占51.8%)、前列腺上皮内瘤(PIN)5例(占2.6%)、非典型腺瘤样增生10例(占5.2%)、慢性前列腺炎7例(占3.6%)。结论前列腺穿刺活检组织病理诊断和免疫组化在疾病鉴别诊断中具有重要意义,并可用于前列腺癌分化程度评估。

Objective To investigate the role of per rectum B-ultrasound-guided biopsy in the the prognosis and classification of patients with prostate cancer.Methods The clinical data of 193 patients with suspected prostate cancer those admitted to our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were analyzed, and routine pathological examination and partial immunohistochemical staining were performed on the biopsy tissues.Results Ofthe 193 cases, 71 cases(36.8%) were benign prostate tissue, 100 cases(51.8%) were prostate cancer, 5 cases(2.6%) were prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN), 10 cases(5.2%) were atypical adenomatous hyperplasia and 7 cases(3.6%) were chronic prostatitis.Conclusions The histopathological diagnosis and immunohistochemistry of prostate biopsy are of great significance in the differential diagnosis of the diseases, and could be used to evaluate the differentiation degree of prostate cancer.
