收肌管阻滞联合浸润麻醉对下肢手术患者术后镇痛效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析收肌管阻滞联合浸润麻醉对下肢手术患者的术后镇痛效果。方法回顾性分析2016年2月—2019年3月本院收治的82例下肢手术患者的临床资料,按麻醉方式不同将患者分为收肌管阻滞组(ACB组,n=40)和股神经阻滞组(FNB组,n=42)两组,比较两组手术情况,术后不同时间点运动、静息数字分级疼痛评分(NRS)及术后患侧膝关节活动度、股四头肌肌力,统计并发症发生率。结果两组术后不同时间点静息、运动NRS评分组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05);ACB组术后不同时间股四头肌肌力分级高于FNB组,膝关节主动活动度高于FNB组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论收肌管阻滞联合浸润麻醉对下肢骨折患者术后镇痛效果肯定,不影响术后股四头肌肌力恢复,且可促进膝关节功能恢复。
