乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒对儿童社区获得性肺炎的治疗效果

Evaluation on the effect of acetylcysteine granules on communityacquired pneumonia in children

目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒对儿童社区获得性肺炎的治疗效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年3月于本院治疗的社区获得性肺炎患儿100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各50例。对照组患儿采用退热、止咳祛痰、保持呼吸道通畅、抗感染、支持治疗等常规处理;观察组在对照组基础上加用乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒。比较两组患儿的临床疗效,体温正常时间、咳嗽好转时间,住院总时间,肺部啰音消失时间以及血清炎症因子的表达。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的体温恢复正常时间,咳嗽好转时间,住院总时间,肺部固定湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的血清炎性因子表达水平(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、CRP)均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患儿组患者的血清炎性因子表达水平(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、CRP)均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒能有效提高儿童期社区获得性肺炎患者的临床治疗效果,缩短病程,降低炎性因子的表达水平,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acetylcysteine granule in the treatment of communityacquired pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with community-acquired pneumonia those admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given the treatment of defervescence,relieve cough and eliminating phlegm,keep respiratory tract unobstructed,resistance to infection,support of foundation treatment,et al. Patients in the observation group were given acetylcysteine granuleson the basis of the treatment in control group. The time needed for temperature recovery to normal,cough turnaround,hospitalization time,disappear of pulmonary rale and the expression of serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group,the time needed for temperature recover to normal,cough improvement,total length of hospital stay,and the disappearance time of pulmonary rale were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the expression level of serum inflammatory factors(TNF-,IL-1,IL-6,CRP) in both groups were significantly decreased,and those in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Acetylcysteine granules could effectively improve the clinical efficacy of children with community-acquired pneumonia,shorten the course of disease,and regulate the expression level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
