基于SPOC的医学心理学混合式教学模式的构建与探究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(Small Private Online Course,SPOC)的混合式教学模式在医学心理学教学中的应用。方法随机选取本院2017级五年制临床医学专业两个班的学生为研究对象,其中口腔医学方向62名作为对照组,采用传统教学方法;全科医学方向59名作为实验组,采用基于SPOC的混合式教学方法。通过两组学生的期末考试成绩、病例分析成绩和对教学效果的满意度进行教学效果评价。结果实验组的期末考试成绩、病例分析成绩及对教学效果的好评率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SPOC的混合式教学模式能提高教学效果,培养学生的自主学习能力和实践应用能力,是培养医学应用型人才的有效教学方式。 Objective To explore the application of the hybrid teaching mode based on small private online course(SPOC) in Medical Psychology.Methods Students from two classes of five years clinical medicine of grade 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects,sixty two students majored in stomatology in the control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while fifty nine students majored in general practice in the experimental group adopted the hybrid teaching mode based on SPOC. The quality and effect of teaching were evaluated through the theory examination results,case analysis results and satisfactory on the teaching model.Results The average scores of the final examination and case analysis,the rate of favourable comment about effects in the experimental group were obviously higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The practice shows that the hybrid teaching mode based on SPOC could improve the teaching effect and cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and practice ability.It is an effective teaching method to cultivate applied talents of medicine.
