摘要
以5个种源山桃1 a生幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽控水的方法,开展干旱胁迫试验,设置450 mm(充足水分,CK)、350 mm(轻度干旱胁迫,T1)、250 mm(中度干旱胁迫,T2)、150 mm(重度干旱胁迫,T3)4个水分处理梯度。结果表明:干旱胁迫对不同种源的山桃苗木产生相似的胁迫症状,而且胁迫症状随干旱梯度的增加而加剧。土左山桃(TZ)在干旱胁迫下表现出较好的抗旱性和适应性,是干旱、半干旱地区较优良的山桃种源。干旱胁迫在一定程度上提高了根冠比,促进了根系的生长,进而提高了山桃忍耐和适应干旱环境的能力,在一定程度上提高了山桃苗木的抗旱性,对抗旱育种有重要意义。
Drought stress experiments on Prunus davidiana from five provenances were conducted under four intensities:450 mm(enough water,CK),350 mm(mild drought stress,T1),250 mm(moderate drought stress,T2)and 150 mm(severe drought stress,T3).The results show that the morphological changes of the different provenances of P.davidiana are similar in the course of drought stress.TZ is a better provenance in arid and semi-arid region with better drought-resistance and adaptability.Drought stress can improve the root top ratio to a certain extent,promote the growth of root system and increase the ability to endure and adopt arid environment,which is of significance in drought resistance breeding.
