摘要
文章以公司在研某车型为例,主要介绍了一种座椅横梁轻量化的设计方法。即通过激光拼焊板的应用及零件结构的优化设计满足相关性能及轻量化的需要,文章针对座椅横梁详细阐述轻量化的设计方法。轻量化的设计方法降低了车身零件的重量、提高了燃油经济性,达到节能减排的目的。
A design method of light weight for seat crossmember is introduced in this paper,taking an development of a vehicle in our company as an example.Mainly through the application of tailored blanks and the optimized design of part structure to achieve the performance and lightweight needs,the lightweight design method for seat crossmember is elaborated in detail.The lightweight design method reduces the weight of the body parts,improves the fuel economy,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
