变速器压力调节阀油路通断节流设计研究

摘要 变速箱液压压力调节在车辆驾驶过程中对换挡舒适性及阀芯的安全性起着至关重要的作用。针对现有阀芯在油路连通和关闭处存在瞬间液压力转换,压力差变化较大,流量波动明显,出现阀芯摆动,导致滑阀口产生噪声气蚀甚至破坏的问题。文章设计了一种AT变速器压力调节阀的油路通断节流设计,利用阀芯在不同位移处调节开启面积,在阀芯油路连通处设计过流节流装置,流动介质进入面积缓变,压力提前缓增,进入型腔缓冲,能量转换变缓,减少气蚀,减少瞬时液压力对阀芯的冲击。 The hydraulic pressure regulation of gearbox plays an important role in the comfort of gear shifting and the safety of valve core during vehicle driving.In view of the problem of instantaneous liquid pressure conversion in the oil connection and closure of the existing valve cores,the pressure difference changes greatly,the flow fluctuation is obvious,the valve core swings,resulting in noise cavitation and even damage at the slide valve mouth.This paper designed a kind of pressure regulating valve AT the transmission oil on and off the throttle is designed,using the valve core AT different displacement adjusting the open area,oil on the valve core design flow throttling device connected,flow medium graded into the area,the pressure slowly increasing ahead of time,into the cavity buffer,energy conversion warming and reducing cavitation,reduce the impact of the transient fluid pressure to the valve core.
