某商用车加减速啸叫问题分析及优化

摘要 某商用车开发阶段在部分油门开度(POT)工况下,车辆在1400-2000rpm转速区间存在较为扰人的加减速啸叫,运用Test.Lab进行数据采集及分析,确认抱怨啸叫为发动机正时链条19阶啸叫,频率在500HZ附近,寻求源头及路径优化方案,并进行优化方案验证,最终采用取消空调管路与发动机连接支架及空调管路增加吸音棉组合方案,从传递路径上优化19阶啸叫。 In the development stage of a commercial vehicle,under the partial throttle opening(pot)condition,there is a more disturbing acceleration and deceleration whine in the speed range of 1400-2000rpm.Test.Lab Data acquisition and analysis are carried out to confirm that the whine is a 19th order of the engine timing chain,with the frequency near 500Hz.The source and path optimization scheme is sought,and the optimization scheme is verified,and finally adopted The combination scheme of adding sound-absorbing cotton to the air-conditioning pipeline,engine connecting bracket and air-conditioning pipeline is cancelled,and the 19th order whine is optimized due to the transmission path optimizing.
